Hello! Thank you for interest in this Live Yoga Nidra practice to help you start off a new week, feeling more rested, grounded, and centered! We'll spend the first 5-10 minutes checking in and settling in to the space.  Then we'll do a little breath work to settle in more. Then I'll guide you through a full Yoga Nidra practice that will last 25-35 minutes.  Then we'll spend a few minutes checking in at the conclusion of the practice.
