Dark Moon Release: Exhale the Old Cycle

As the moon disappears from the night sky, the Dark Moon phase invites us into a moment of quiet closure and release before a new cycle begins. This gentle meditation will include breath awareness, grounding, and a simple visualization to ease tension, create space for rest and clarity, and let go of what feels complete.
Approx. 20–25 minutes, this is nice practice before sleep and is meant to be a companion to my New Moon live meditation on 3/18 (see Events for more)
