During the 2020 shutdown, I created this massage therapy class to help my clients reconnect with their bodies and release stress and now I’m bringing it to the Insight Timer community. In this live session, you’ll learn simple, accessible self massage techniques for your jaw, scalp, neck, and shoulders, the places we carry tension from screen time, clenching, and overwork. We’ll begin with a body scan to ground and center you, cover essential safety tips, and then dive into hands on practices to ease muscle tightness, boost circulation, and support clarity. No fancy tools are needed just your hands and a willingness to slow down and listen to your body. Whether you're new to self massage or seeking practical tools to avoid burnout, this class offers a powerful way to reduce stress and feel more grounded in your day.
