In this grounding meditation, you’ll be guided through a slow and nurturing body scan designed to help your nervous system soften, settle, and come home to itself. With each area you gently focus on, you’ll feel more anchored, supported, and connected to the steadiness that’s already within you. This practice is especially helpful when you’re feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, or a little untethered. It supports the parasympathetic nervous system, encourages emotional regulation, and helps you reconnect with a sense of safety and strength.
