As the gentle sounds of birdsong fill the air, you'll move through a mindful sequence of postures, building flexibility and balance, while strategically incorporating resistance training to sculpt and strengthen your muscles. This invigorating practice offers the best of both worlds: the fluidity and mindful movement of yoga combined with the toning power of resistance work. We'll weave in core-strengthening exercises throughout the session to build a stable and powerful center. All levels are warmly welcomed. Modifications and variations will be offered to suit your individual needs and experience.
