Find your strength and flow. Join Tara for a dynamic 60-minute Vinyasa yoga class seamlessly blended with effective full-body resistance exercises. As the gentle sounds of birdsong fill the air, you'll move through a mindful sequence of postures, building flexibility and balance, while strategically incorporating resistance training to sculpt and strengthen your muscles. This invigorating practice offers the best of both worlds: the fluidity and mindful movement of yoga combined with the toning power of resistance work. We'll weave in core-strengthening exercises throughout the session to build a stable and powerful center. All levels are warmly welcomed. Modifications and variations will be offered to suit your individual needs and experience. Optional equipment to enhance your practice: exercise bands for added resistance, yoga blocks for support and alignment, a yoga ball for core engagement and balance challenges, and dumbbells for increased strength building.
