By lingering in supported poses, the body is encouraged to soften naturally while the mind settles into a calm, receptive state. A beautiful offering for moments when you’re feeling stretched thin, tender, or in need of deep exhale.
Props: Bolster, blocks, and blankets are recommended. Pillows, cushions, or folded towels may be used instead.
