🪑 Move Better, Feel Better: 60-Minute Chair Yoga for Real Bodies (hop on a few minutes early to settle in - we start at the top of the hour) This class is about feeling good in your body — without needing to get down on the floor or push through pain. It’s a full hour of thoughtful, accessible movement that meets you where you are, whether you’re easing stiffness, rebuilding after injury, or simply craving a grounded, gentle practice. We’ll move through seated and chair-supported standing poses to improve balance, restore strength, and release tension in your neck, shoulders, back, and hips — so you leave feeling steadier, stronger, and more at home in your body. You’ll Need • A sturdy, non-rolling chair with a FLAT back • Comfortable clothes that let you move freely This class helps you build strength without strain and stay connected to your body in a sustainable way. It pairs beautifully with other workouts — or stands alone as a calming reset for body and mind. As you move and soften, notice how the calm you cultivate begins to ripple outward.
