Gentle Yoga For Heart Opening

In this Gentle Hatha Yoga practice we'll use the breath and a variety of poses that focus on the upper back and shoulders to invite more softness and opening into this area. We will explore areas of tightness and tension so you can begin to release this long held stress, and then move more comfortably into a gentle opening around your heart center. All Levels welcome and Suitable for Beginners. ❤️
