Chair Yoga: Support to Create Inner Peace [Copied]

This chair yoga practice sequence is designed to offer you support, creating space for stillness and self-reflection. Turn inward, relax, and find peace in a practice that is deeply nourishing, grounding, and gentle on your body. This 60 minute practice will use a sturdy chair on a mat or carpet. We will come out of the chair for standing poses while using the chair for support. A block is an optional prop.
