Hatha Yoga ~ Breathe, Flow and Let Go

Level 1-2 The class will begin in stillness, inviting participants to connect with their breath and ground themselves in the present moment. From there, we will move through a mindful sequence of asanas (physical postures), with a focus on enhancing mobility, increasing flexibility, cultivating breath awareness, and fostering inner presence. The practice will conclude with a restful savasana and guided meditation, offering space for integration and deep relaxation. This class provides a calming balance of movement and stillness—an opportunity to breathe deeply, flow with intention, and gently let go. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and make any necessary modifications to ensure a safe, comfortable, and mindful experience throughout the practice.
