A Vinyasa Flow Style Yoga Practice using a chair as a support for seated yoga postures and as a prop to help support standing positions. This practice is excellent for those with limited mobility or who are looking for a different way to move the body. All bodies welcome! 1 blanket, 1 strap, 1 bolster/cushion, 2 blocks may be useful for additional support during this practice.
