This session offers a full-system reset through the chakra field—working with the body’s energetic centers not as separate parts, but as an interconnected whole. Rather than isolating one chakra, we’ll move through the entire system—allowing energy to awaken, rebalance, and reorganize naturally. As the system comes into greater coherence, you may notice shifts in emotional patterns, nervous system regulation, and your sense of grounded presence in the body. This is not about forcing alignment or “fixing” anything. It’s about creating the conditions for the body and energy field to remember their own intelligence. You’re invited to simply rest, receive, and allow whatever arises to move at its own pace. Please note: the energy healing portion runs about 45 minutes, within the full live session.
