Yin Yoga And Self Myofascial Release

In this Yin Yoga Practice with Self Myofascial Release (S-MFR), we will hold the poses for 5 minutes or slightly longer. As we stay present and soften into the areas of most sensation, we can begin to release long held stress patterns in the Fascia which may show up as tightness or restrictions in the body. The Yin poses are great for the joints, fascia, and the mind! This is an Hour long practice. If you don't have all the props you can still do this practice.
*Suggested Props: 2 Blocks, 2 Blankets, and 2 Therapy or Tennis Balls
