The Feminine Flow: Balancing Body & Mind

60 minutes | Hatha & Yin Fusion | All Levels
This nourishing 60-minute class is designed to support women’s hormonal health and emotional well-being through a gentle fusion of Hatha and Yin yoga. We’ll move mindfully through grounding postures, breathwork, and longer-held stretches to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and invite balance back into the body and mind.
Each session offers a unique exploration inspired by themes such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, reflexology, Reiki, and mindfulness — weaving in holistic tools that support women through all stages of life and cycle.
Expect a calming, supportive space to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Props (blocks, bolster or cushions, blanket)
• Access to a wall for optional restorative poses like Legs-Up-the-Wall (Viparita Karani)
Open to all levels. No previous experience with the themed practices is required — simply come as you are.
