Each of these 5 sessions is a half-hour of practice designed to ground us, open the senses, and renew our love for the natural world. Air reminds us of breath, clarity, and expansion. Today’s practice will guide us into conscious breathing, noticing the natural rhythm of inhale and exhale. As we open to the breath, we also open to spacious awareness and the life we share with all beings through the air we breathe. Guided meditation helps us receive each breath as a gift and release with ease. Air connects us with lightness, possibility, and freedom. By attuning to the flow of breath, we cultivate calm, presence, and a sense of spacious belonging that extends beyond ourselves into the interconnected web of life.
