Join me for a gentle, inclusive live session designed for anyone navigating a return to the mat. Whether you are recovering from an injury, like me, navigating a long break, or simply seeking a more intentional pace, this practice offers a soft landing.
In these 30–45 minute sessions, we remain mostly seated, focusing on nourishing the body through mindful stretching, restorative breath-work, and grounding meditation. We prioritize spinal health and joint mobility without the pressure of a high-impact flow.
This class is a universal space to honour where you are right now. It serves as a morning start for the Americas, a midday reset for Europe and Africa, a sunset transition for Asia, and a peaceful wind-down for Australia.
