This live session is a trauma-sensitive meditation, offering a gentle, choice-based approach that supports nervous system safety and personal agency. We’ll begin with a grounding practice to calm the nervous system and return to an inner sense of safety.
From that settled place, you’re invited, only if it feels right, to gently connect with an inner safe and steady place, then with a younger aspect of yourself.
If that doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to simply rest your awareness to your breath, a neutral body sensations or outside noises or sounds.
This is a nurturing, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect, relax, and feel supported from within.
