Surya namaskar workshop - slow and meditative (60 mins) [Copied]

Learn & practice the traditional surya namaskars (sun salutations). Also, understand the benefits of each pose with alignment. A set of 12 poses in a flow which works on over a dozen of muscles and when done with correct breathing helps in improving concentration. Will end with savasana-relaxation.
