Join me for this talk exploring how we can work seasonally, with the rhythms of nature, to support health and balance in our lives. From the Ayurvedic perspective, winter is a time of accumulating Kapha Dosha, the water and earth elements, in nature and in our being. Through particular adjustments to our daily rhythm, we can lighten, uplift and energize the heavy, lethargic sluggishness of Kapha dosha. This weeks topic will focus on nutrition, specific foods and meal planning most helpful for Kapha dosha season and common imbalances.
