Each month I offer a Live Yoga Nidra meditation guided by the three pillars of my approach: Rest, Regulate, Reconnect. These pillars shape every practice I create, supporting deep rest and rejuvenation, calming and balancing the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself with compassion and awareness.
March’s focus is Reconnect.
In this session we explore reconnecting with ourselves through self-compassion. Through gentle body awareness, breath and guided imagery, you’ll be invited to soften inward and rest in a steady, compassionate presence — a space where all parts of yourself can be held with warmth and understanding.
This practice offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a sense of warmth and kindness towards yourself.
Join me on the last Thursday of every month for a Live Yoga Nidra session that complements my most recent audio offerings. Each month we focus on one pillar, cycling through all three across the year.
You’re welcome to rest lying down or seated comfortably. No prior experience of Yoga Nidra is needed — just come as you are.
