60 minute class. Tara will guide you through the invigorating yoga fused w/ barre method. This will incorporate dynamic & static stretches. As well as, exercise movements. Experience the power of barre fused w/ yoga for sculpting, toning, & strengthening your legs, hips and knees. **no equipment needed Optional ankle weights. **All levels welcome. Modifications and advancements will be shown to satisfy all levels of ability. ***Strengthening mixed in with our yoga practice is a great way to prevent future injuries, improve our practice, increase muscle strength and tone. As well as, getting two aspects of health and wellness in one time frame.
