Join me for this yoga class exploring postures that cool, calm and ground Pitta Dosha (fire, water) Drawing on the wisdom of Ayurvedic Medicine and the Doshas, practices encourage awareness on how to work with Pitta Dosha in yoga practice. Class includes 15 minutes of discussion and 45 minutes of asana practice.
