You are invited to join Padma for a Live Movement Meditation. Movement is meditation when you bring presence to each moment. This will be a gentle journey into the body and an opportunity to slow down, move, breathe and feel. One of the great things about the breath and the body is that they bring you into the moment and in this practice you will be rewiring your brain and body to support deeper presence. It will be relaxing, fun and leave you feeling a sense of peace. Padma has been studying movement her whole life and it is her great joy to offer it to our wonderful Insight Timer community. In this practice we will enjoy the gift of movement and spend the last part of our time together basking in stillness. Please join us.
