How you begin your morning often sets the tone for the entire day. When the nervous system is rushed from the moment we wake up, our mind and body tend to carry that tension forward. This session is an invitation to begin differently. In this class, we will slow things down and gently reset the nervous system through simple breathwork, mindful awareness, and grounded reflection. Together, we will explore how to move from autopilot into intentional presence — creating a steadier, calmer starting point for the day ahead. You’ll learn a few practical tools you can return to each morning to regulate your energy, settle mental noise, and reconnect with yourself before the world begins asking things of you. We will close with a short guided practice to anchor the reset and help you carry this sense of steadiness into the rest of your day.
