Do you find yourself caught up in worrying thoughts before a big presentation or interview? Sometimes this feeling can be there for days or even weeks in advance. It can feel like a dark cloud that’s always there, as the mind keeps returning to the “what ifs” and self-doubt. In this live session, we’ll explore how through awareness, you can step out of anxiety and into a greater sense of calm, clarity, and grounded confidence. We’ll look at how we relate to worrying thoughts, learning not to be carried away by them. I’ll also guide you through a reflective writing exercise called Compass Points, helping you explore your worries from different perspectives and create a more supportive mindset. Bring your journal and pen. This is a warm, practical session where we pause, breathe, and reframe anxious thoughts about being in the spotlight so you can approach your next presentation or interview feeling more confident.
