Standing Yoga

I will be teaching standing yoga, beginning with 5 minutes of breathing exercise to calm the mind and energize the body. Standing yoga builds strength, balance, and posture, increase flexibility and core engagement, and enhance focus and stability. It also supports increased circulation and overall well-being. Please bring yoga mat and have a chair close by.
