When You’re Tired of Being Strong: A Gentle Nervous System Reset [Copied]
With Ashley Michelle Lauer
There are moments when you’re not falling apart — but you are tired of holding everything together.
This live session is a soft, grounding space for women who’ve been strong for a long time. Women who function, care deeply, and carry more than they show — and whose nervous systems rarely get to fully exhale.
Together, we’ll slow things down and begin where real safety lives:
in the body, in the breath, in the nervous system.
This is not a session about fixing yourself.
There’s no pressure to release anything.
No need to explain how you’re feeling.
No need to “do it right.”
Instead, you’ll be guided through a gentle, choice-based somatic practice designed to help you:
Feel more supported in your body
Soften without collapsing or losing yourself
Settle your nervous system without forcing relaxation
Reconnect with a sense of grounded, quiet steadiness
This space is especially for you if you’re:
High-functioning but emotionally tired
Used to holding it all together
Craving softness, but afraid of falling apart
Wanting calm that doesn’t come from pushing harder
If this work resonates and you’d like to go deeper, I also offer a gentle micro-course called Feeling Safe Enough to Be Feminine, which continues this nervous-system-based approach in a slow, supportive way.
And if you feel called to support this work, donations on Insight Timer help me continue creating free sessions and resources here. There’s absolutely no pressure — just heartfelt gratitude.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Let this be a quiet place to land.
