Slow Flow + Live Music [Copied]

Move, breathe, and meditate with me during this 60min slow flow. No experience or props necessary, although I recommend having 1-2 rolled up towels, thick text books, or yoga blocks! I love sharing nuggets of yoga philosophy, mobility exercises, and pranayama in each of my flow classes. Each one ends with a live music savasana.
