Pranayama class (45 mins) to clear the clutter [Copied]

This is a class where you will learn the techniques to do pranayamas (breathing exercises) with the explanation of the benefits of it. We will do a little bit of stretches to sit comfortable straight. This needs to b practiced on empty stomach or atleast after 2 and a half hours of gap from a meal.
