We’ll begin with a short, reflective sharing about how what matters is different for each of us and can change as life changes, before moving into a ,spacious guided meditation.
There’s nothing you need to do or work out here. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are, to sit or lie down, to rest, move, or simply listen. This live is open to everyone and offers a supportive, settling space if you’re feeling busy, tired, or a little disconnected, and would like a gentle moment of return.
