Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a powerful and practical approach for easing emotional blocks, reducing stress, and changing long-standing patterns that can hold us back.
Drawing on principles from acupuncture, EFT works with specific tapping points on the body to help calm the nervous system and gently disrupt old emotional responses, often leading to a greater sense of ease, clarity, and control.
I’ve been using EFT with myself and with clients since early 1999, and even after all these years I’m still struck by how effective it can be across a wide range of issues.
