Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest)

This 40-minute Yoga Nidra session is a guided relaxation practice that helps you rest deeply while staying gently aware. You will lie down comfortably and be guided step by step into a calm, peaceful state between waking and sleep.
The session begins by helping you settle your body and mind, letting go of tension and outside distractions. You may be invited to set a simple intention for your practice. As the guidance continues, your attention moves through different parts of the body, encouraging complete physical relaxation. Gentle awareness of the breath and sensations helps calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
There is no effort required—just listening and resting. The body can fully relax while the mind becomes clear and steady. This deep rest can help reduce stress, ease anxiety, improve sleep, and restore energy.
Toward the end of the session, you are slowly guided back to full awareness, feeling refreshed, grounded, and at ease. This 40-minute Yoga Nidra practice is suitable for everyone and is a simple, effective way to relax, reset, and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance.
