Join me for yin for flexibility. We will stretch out the hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and low back in a lovely sequence that will leave you feeling refreshed and more mobile in your body. Have plenty of props for this practice. You can use blocks/pillows/cushions/rolled up blanket or towel.
