You are very warmly invited to this event at the end of the week and just before the full Moon to tune in with your energy centres and give yourself some extra nourishment. New people are most welcome with or without healing experience. I show the simple sequence of hand positions we use at the beginning of every session. There is also the option of sending energy without using your hands if for any reason it is not possible for you, due to disability, injury or illness. I take a holistic, Pan-Cultural approach to Energy Healing which has been practised since the dawn of time. I have also been a Reiki Master teacher for over thirty years, and taught at all levels. We create a caring, loving space together which you can join every week or whenever you can. As we go along we are finding that Self Healing together magnifies the energy and our experience of it. After our self-healing, we send loving healing energy to any person, group, place or situation suggested by anyone attending. We find this powerfully engages and uplifts our own hearts. I suggest you create a comfortable position and nest for yourself lying down, semi reclining or seated ahead of the session.
