Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. This state of conscious rest allows the nervous system to settle, the mind to soften, and the body to restore itself on a deep level.
In this practice, you’ll be guided through breath awareness, body sensing, and subtle visualization—inviting release without effort. Many people experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, emotional clarity, and a feeling of being more grounded and supported as they move into the week ahead 🌊
This session is for anyone who feels tired, overstimulated, overwhelmed, or simply in need of rest. No yoga or meditation experience is required. If sitting meditation feels difficult, Yoga Nidra offers a gentle and accessible way to receive the benefits of deep stillness.

A quiet space where you can lie down comfortably, a mat or bed, a blanket to stay warm, and any pillows or bolsters you enjoy. Think cozy, supported, and uninterrupted 🛌
