Gentle Somatic Yoga and Meditation
With Rachael Shepherd
In this class, we’ll soften into the heart with Somatic Movement Flows that help unwind tension and stagnation, simple pranayama practice to clear the mind and open our energy pathways, and a short meditation to anchor compassion from the inside out. We’ll meet from 7:15–7:45am for a gentle, spacious start to the day.
