Mindfulness in Motion: Coming Home While You Move

We do not only practice mindfulness while sitting still. We move all day. In this session, we will explore mindful movement as a way to ground in the present through posture, contact points, and changing sensation. You will learn how to move with simple, steady attention without turning it into a performance project. We will close with a short guided moving meditation you can reuse in daily life.
