What if letting go isn’t something you have to do… but something that happens when you stop holding on so tightly? In this second session of the Letting In, Letting Go, Letting Be series, we gently explore what it means to loosen the grip—on thoughts, emotions, expectations, and the need to control. So often, we believe letting go means giving up… but in reality, it’s about softening the tension that keeps us stuck. Together, we’ll begin with a short teaching on the true nature of letting go—as an allowing, not a forcing—and then move into a guided meditation using the 3 Breath Method: • Presence • Soften • Expansion This practice will support you in releasing the pressure to fix or figure everything out… and instead, begin to trust the natural unfolding of your experience. A gentle space to loosen the grip.
