Myofascial Release Yoga (90 Min)

We'll use various props and tools (see below for suggested props) to allow the myofascial (muscles and fascia) release in different areas of our bodies to invite greater ease and openness in our body, mind, and breath. It's so important for our health to maintain healthy fascia to keep active as we age and improve the range of motion in various areas. Release stress, tightness and tension and feel amazing afterwards! All Levels welcome! This is a 90 min practice. * Props: 2 Blocks, 1 Tennis or other Therapy Ball, 1-2 Blankets, a Foam Roller-Soft or Medium density is suggested. * You will also want to have your water nearby to drink throughout the practice as well as before and after. * 🙏
