Welcome to our Winter Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Flow class! Designed for all levels, this class is perfect whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi. With plenty of modifications available, there’s no need to worry about keeping up—we’ll meet you where you are. Our aim is to offer a practice that’s gentle yet invigorating, warming you from the inside out during these colder months.
