Experience a full circle of healing facilitated by Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master, Alyssa Lauren Stone. We will begin with pranayama (breathwork) to promote circulation and move through a dynamic Vinyasa flow to build heat and energy. We will transition into a slower Yin-style practice to stretch and release tension in the deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissues, and prepare the body for a restful meditation. As a community, we will sync breath to movement and cultivate mindfulness for a transformative experience.
