Often our actions during the day are sabotaging our ability to have a good nights sleep. Lack of sleep will impact almost every aspect of our life so the importance of having a restful nights sleep should never be underrated. In this session we will look at how we can enhance chances of achieving a good nights sleep We will look at what we may be doing or not doing that impacts our ability to get to sleep as well as some tips to get back to sleep, should you awaken during the night - and of course, we will meditate
