This Yin Yoga practice invites you to slow down and create space-physically, mentally, and energetically. Through longer-held, floor-based postures, we gently encourage the connective tissues to soften while the breath and awareness become more spacious. The quiet pace of Yin Yoga allows the body to unwind without effort, supporting a sense of ease that lingers long after the practice ends. Props: Bolster, blocks, and flat blankets are recommended. Pillows, folded towels, or cushions may be used as substitutes.
