Grounding Gratitude Practice (Guided Meditation and Exercise)

This short class invites participants to slow down with a gentle guided meditation focused on noticing and feeling gratitude in the present moment. After the meditation, we’ll capture that feeling through a simple writing exercise by creating a personal gratitude list. The practice helps shift attention toward what is supportive, meaningful, and quietly sustaining in our lives.
