This 75-minute Kriya Yoga practice is designed to cultivate steady energy, rhythmic movement, and easeful flow. Through breath-led sequences, repetition, and mindful transitions, we explore how consistency builds strength, trust, and presence in the body. This is a practice of returning again and again ~ to the breath, to movement, and to what sustains you, so flow can arise naturally. Expect a grounding, meditative experience that leaves you feeling balanced, clear, and steady.
