Together we’ll anchor into the present moment and all that is good. We alchemize gratitude with the emotional experience you wish to have. Whether you arrive feeling scattered, tired, or inspired, this session will leave you grounded, energized, and ready to meet the week with presence and purpose.
This class is part of the Sacred Practice weekly M/W/F series — a three-part rhythm of meditation, somatic awareness, writing, and breathwork to carry you through the week with intention, connection, and grounding.
