Gratitude for your Body

It can be so easy to take your body for granted. In this meditation we bring a kind attention to each part of our body and say “thank you” to these different parts whilst also reflecting on your body’s connection to the earth and universe that gives birth to, nurtures and sustains it.
We will start each session with a short chat and a welcome roll call, while we wait for others to join. The meditation usually lasts between 25 & 40 minutes. Then if time allows, we will have an informal chat and meditation reflections afterwards. Everyone welcome!
