Chakra-Balancing Journaling Workshop

We'll begin with a bit of breathing to find presence and alignment before moving through the chakras.
I'll guide you through the chakras, from root to crown, with simple mindful movements and an affirmation themed for each energy center before spending time journaling with an intentional prompt built for self-discovery. We'll end with a powerful insight meditation with visualization and have time to share for those interested in processing our feelings and findings from the experience.
