Vagus Nerve Foundations: Safety Through the Eyes
With Dr. Kim Lye
This class is for anyone who feels hyper-alert, tense in the neck, or constantly “on” even when life is calm. We begin at the origin of the vagus nerve in the brainstem, where the nervous system uses the eyes and head to assess safety. Through slow, gentle eye movements and orienting practices, your body is given time to register the present moment without effort. The practice is subtle, grounding, and suitable for sensitive or easily overwhelmed nervous systems.
