Chair Yoga for Hips and Low-Back + Mindfulness Meditation | 45 Minutes [Copied]

Take a break to stretch, connect to yourself, and recharge with this 45 minute session of chair yoga and meditation. This accessible class focuses on gently opening the hips and low back with slow, repetitive movement and several yin-inspired, longer-held poses. We will close the session with a few minutes of mindful meditation to quiet your nervous system and increase mental clarity. While any sturdy chair will do, one without arms is preferable. If your chair has wheels, make sure to lock them. You might also choose to do some or all of the series standing or on the floor instead - feel free to make the practice your own.
